ArchitectureThe wood used is entirely local. The balcony of the holiday apartment, for example, is made of old silo wood from the neighboring farmer. Ecological, social and cultural criteria are taken into account during the construction, renovation, maintenance and management of the properties.

FoodWhen cooking is done, it is seasonal and as local as possible, with at least Naturaplan or organic products being used. There is no food waste - everything that guests don't eat is used again. In addition, many syrups and jams are made in-house.

SocialThe cooperative members all come from the region and live either on the Schartenhof, the neighboring Baumgartenhof or in Arlesheim. There are currently no employees. Most tasks are carried out on a voluntary basis. Interamenta strives for the well-being of the community. The aim is to enable various forms of housing in order to meet the needs of individuals, families and shared living communities. Social, cultural and ideological exchange is promoted through various common rooms and facilities and the establishment of integral working groups and holistically producing companies. Appropriate rooms are made available for this purpose.
