The living area on the ground floor has a great panoramic sea view and is equipped with a sofa bed and an MP3 docking station. The dining area consists of the fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, gas stove (and oven) and toaster and a dining table with chairs. There is also an outdoor shower on this floor. An external staircase leads from the spacious inner courtyard to the first floor with the bedroom. In the spacious room there is a large double bed, a bathtub, a small sofa bed and also a separate toilet.
