The approximately 90 square meters of Casa Kimiyà are set up on two levels with two inviting bedrooms. Each with a double bed. One of them is on the ground floor next to the cozy kitchen-cum-living room with sofa and large dining table for 4 people. One of the two differently designed bathrooms with shower and toilet is also on the ground floor. The second bathroom is on the upper floor next to the bedroom there, which is accessed via a beautiful stone staircase. From there a door leads out to the large terrace with a comfortable outdoor sofa under waving awnings, a dining table and the breathtaking view of the city with its checkered tile roofs. As a little extra, there is a niche directly in the sloping ceiling on the upper floor, which is furnished with carpet and bookshelf and is very popular with children.
