The Ses Sucreres is nestled in the authentic Menorcan countryside and the historic neighborhood of the rural town of Ferreries. One looks out over the green garden oasis in the inner courtyard and is surrounded by chirping birds and the typical regional limestone Marès.
The house was built in the early 19th century and in 2009 the hosts opened it as one of the first boutique hotels in Menorca. The renovation was carried out with a special eye for the architectural beauty and authenticity of the building, which reflects the character of Menorca. Contrasts were deliberately set between the simple and rural exterior and the chic, fresh and elegant refinement on the inside.
Ses Sucreres exudes this sense of beauty - a combination of original elements, art, handicrafts and a minimalist, contemporary and personal touch. A stay is accompanied by the sensitive, very personal and professional service. The hosts want to show Menorca from a different perspective, they are always available for discussions and answer questions about the past and future of Menorca, about the origin of the furniture and about themselves, and all in an eclectic and empathic environment. Because hospitality is always the focus.
Ses Sucreres is a certi fi ed partner of the "Menorca Biosphere Reserve", which has proudly committed itself to a sustainable model. Cellulose, wood), aerothermal green energies and regional, seasonal breakfast ingredients from local retailers.
