Naturlogi

Linköping, Östergötland, Sweden

At Naturlogi in southern Sweden, the focus is not on speed, but on pausing, listening, and marveling.

Those who stay overnight here not only see the forest, but also every single leaf, feel the play of light between the trees, and with a bit of luck, spot a squirrel in the branches. In the evenings, cook by the open fire, and stories are told by the glow of the flames. In the cozy suites, the day ends with a warm bath under the starry sky—and, on clear days, with a view of the Milky Way.

The accommodations are located on a Swedish family farm and were built from wood from the surrounding forests – close to nature, simple, and with the aim of not disturbing the forest, but rather bringing it to life. From the open shelter with mosquito nets to the comfortable suites – the focus is on the surroundings, not the interior.

The region around Naturlogi offers vast natural spaces, tranquil forests, protected reserves, clear lakes, and small excursion destinations. Those who come here aren't looking for distraction—but rather a place where they can once again hear the quiet voice of the forest.

Sustainable

ArchitectureThe rooms were primarily constructed from wood sourced directly from the farm's forest. Environmental sustainability was a top priority when selecting the building materials. The close connection to nature is also reflected in the design, bringing the feeling of the forest indoors. The rooms feature many local materials and reclaimed objects, giving the interiors their special, natural character.

FoodThe menu is based on what the surrounding area and the respective seasons offer. Ingredients are sourced from small, sustainable farms – some come directly from the farm itself. Guests can choose from the "Season's Menu", which focuses entirely on regional and seasonal produce.

The team is small, and the employees live nearby. Great importance is placed on ensuring that employees feel comfortable and enjoy their work. Naturlogi is also part of Hulta Kretsloppsförening – a neighborhood association committed to promoting social cohesion in the region.

EnvironmentThe electricity comes from our own solar panels, the hosts source ingredients for meals from local producers, and they use building materials with the lowest possible environmental impact. Of particular importance, however, is that Naturlogi develops in harmony with the surrounding forest—with the goal of promoting biodiversity in the long term.

Well-BeingMindful experiences in and with nature are offered, including forest bathing, yoga, and guided hikes. Walks through the forest, swimming in the nearby lake, and excursions to caves invite you to explore the surroundings in a variety of ways and find peace.
