There are places you enter and immediately know: This is where I want to stay. Lublewo21 is exactly such a place, a nature refuge in northern Poland – nestled in a quiet river valley, surrounded by meadows, forest and not far from endless beaches.
Seeking a green oasis with no immediate neighbors, hosts Agnieszka and Arne found their natural paradise here and created a holiday retreat that combines tranquility, comfort, and sustainability. The four houses stand out distinctly from the typical holiday homes in the region. Their sloping roofs partially float above the terrace, lending the architecture a modern, unique character. Built using energy-efficient timber frame construction, they offer a pleasant indoor climate year-round. Large, south-facing windows bring in light and, during the cooler months, natural warmth.
Each house has its own color scheme and has been lovingly, stylishly, and individually furnished. Art on the walls, a well-equipped kitchen, a cozy living area, and bathrooms with spacious showers create an instantly welcoming atmosphere. The gardens—all designed by Agnieszka—make each house a small, personal haven. Outside, there's a hot tub and the opportunity to cool off in the stream. In the evenings, guests gather around the campfire or retreat to their private terrace as nature slowly winds down.
A place that offers peace and quiet, inspires – and immediately feels like a second home.

The houses are built using timber frame construction and are well-insulated to minimize heat loss. They feature large, sun-facing windows to maximize natural warmth during the cooler months. Interior design varies from house to house. The houses were built by Polish companies, using timber sourced from Scandinavia.
Agnieszka trained as a gardener and grows organic, completely pesticide-free vegetables in her garden. These are also available to guests. She offers workshops and communal meals to introduce people to the benefits of organic food. Agnieszka gathers herbs from the meadows. Anything she doesn't grow herself comes from regional farms or, like cheese and meat, from local farms and processing facilities. Honey is provided by her neighbors, whose hives are located on the property.
For all work on the property, including maintenance and expansions, local companies and individuals are hired. Volunteer positions are available for gardeners who have the option of staying overnight in the houses during the off-season.
The heating system uses geothermal heat pumps. Water comes from the property's own well, and wastewater is treated in a three-stage biological treatment plant for later use in the garden. Initial solar panels with battery storage have already been installed and further expansion is planned. Cleaning is done with environmentally friendly cleaning products, used as sparingly as possible. Waste is separated for recycling, and guests have a separate container for organic waste, which is composted.
There's a wood-fired hot tub and the option to cool off in the stream. Rooms are available for yoga and other workshops. You can rent a mobile sauna nearby. A sauna by the stream is also planned for the near future. Otherwise, the nearby sea invites you to take walks and swim.
