With views of the imposing Dolomites, the Rosengarten and the Latemar, the Karerhof offers a picture-perfect alpine landscape. Expansive meadows, dense forests and clear mountain air characterize the surroundings, while floor-to-ceiling windows in the apartments bring the unobstructed panoramic views directly inside.
The Karerhof uniquely combines traditional farm life with modern, stylish living. Guests experience the authenticity of a working organic mountain farm with cows, pigs, chickens, goats, rabbits, and cats, gaining insights into agricultural work. At the same time, they enjoy the comfort of beautifully designed apartments. The combination of sustainable agriculture, warm hospitality, and clean architectural lines makes the stay truly unique.
The farm is run by Christine and Bernd Pardeller, who have passionately developed it into a family business. Over the years, the traditional South Tyrolean farm has been carefully expanded and modernized without losing its original character. The new apartments offer a retreat that harmoniously combines a connection to nature with contemporary design. The design follows a modern alpine style: plenty of wood, natural materials, and clean lines create a warm, tranquil atmosphere. Light-filled rooms meet cozy details.
Here you'll find peace, nature, and authenticity far from mass tourism. Whether relaxing with a view of the mountains or immersing yourself in genuine farm life: a special connection to the surroundings is created here, one that lingers long after your visit.

The architecture combines a traditional farmhouse with a modern, clean design language using wood, glass, and concrete. Large windows create a close connection to the surrounding nature. Natural and regional materials were deliberately used, especially larch wood and porphyry from the area.
The homemade organic breakfast is prepared with farm-grown and regional products and offers daily changing specialties. Homegrown produce such as eggs, dairy products, herbs and honey are the focus.
The business is family-run and characterized by personal contact with guests and a strong regional focus, entirely without external employees. The emphasis is on sustainable agriculture and strengthening regional value creation.
As an organic farm and member of Bioland South Tyrol, we place great emphasis on sustainable practices. Our own organic food products, such as milk, meat, eggs, and herbs, come directly from the farm. Energy is supplied exclusively through renewable systems like photovoltaics and wood chips, while resource-efficient working methods, the avoidance of single-use products, consistent waste separation, and the use of organic cleaning agents complete our overall sustainable concept.
