But suddenly a plot of land in beautiful Linzgau is offered to her by chance. And there it has been standing for 5 years - only a few kilometers from the “Swabian Sea”, your neat eco-design studio in the middle of the German landscape. The house has its own terrace, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen. It is ideal for families. There is a lot of car-free space for children right outside the house and Lake Constance with its seaside resorts and countless other excursion destinations are in the near and far.

Sustainable
The house is only a few years old and is completely clad in wood on the outside. This now quite modern and often used timber construction comes from Vorarlberg. The wooden cladding, with which the buildings blend so harmoniously into their surroundings, and the windows are made from regional silver fir. A softwood that has only recently gained increasing appreciation. The house is built in ecological wood construction, insulated with ecological materials and plastered inside with breathable mineral materials.
The roof of the house is partially green, which supports a balanced room climate. Electricity is obtained from a verifiably ecological and regional energy provider. The modern, energy-saving infrared heating also runs on this electricity. Rubbish is of course separated, which is what guests are encouraged to do.
