The dreamlike villa right on the sea in Develiki is an offshoot of the Platanorema Farm. The more than 300m2 villa made of natural materials stands in the middle of a large garden with several terraces and lush shady areas directly on the beach, where guests of the villa can have their own private area.

The inside of the villa is divided as follows: There are two separate entrances. One to the upper area that goes to the terrace and one that leads to the basement. Upstairs are three bedrooms, four bathrooms, a living room with a couch and a small kitchen. Below are five bedrooms, one of which is a walk-through room and four bathrooms. Some of the rooms below only have a small window with a skylight and are therefore pleasantly cool. There is another house that houses a very large and cozy eat-in kitchen with another bathroom. The house is ideal for large groups, for example for a vacation with a large family or a group of friends. There is space for social gathering, playing, storytelling and enough places of retreat for everyone.

In the garden there are wide lawns and a cozy seating area, an outdoor shower and the barbecue area. And all this in the historical region of Halkidiki, where some of the oldest finds of humanity have been discovered and where there is everything you would expect from a Greek island without being an island. Above all, of course, the sea.

But the mountains for hiking and biking or archaeological and cultural destinations are also not far away. As well as, of course, a lively shopping and nightlife in the touristy larger towns nearby. So there is something for every taste and you can relax in your own villa by the sea.
