Hidden in the picturesque village of Warnitz, in the heart of the Schorfheide Biosphere Reserve, lies the "Sommerfrische Uckermark", a unique refuge for all those who love peace, nature and a stylish ambience.
With much love and dedication, the three friends Olga, Gitti, and Nicole renovated the old building from the 1910s and transformed it into a stylish retreat. Sommerfrische Uckermark, with its three self-contained residential units, is ideal for groups of up to 16 people. Whether in the spacious Sommerfrische house, the cozy Maisonette holiday apartment with its impressive cast-iron spiral staircase, or the small studio in the former farm shop – everyone will find their own personal haven of well-being here.
The cool retro style, with special flea market finds and personal heirlooms, creates a lovely atmosphere. The kitchens are very well equipped, the bathrooms are newly renovated, and the freshly laid oak flooring creates a warm, comfortable feeling. Charming ideas have breathed new life into the manor house, creating a successful symbiosis of old and new.
Just a few minutes' walk away is Lake Oberuckersee, a true natural paradise perfect for swimming, fishing, or relaxing. The Uckermark region offers many opportunities, including beautiful bike rides along the Berlin-Usedom cycle path, hikes in the pristine Grumsin beech forest, or guided donkey trekking in the neighboring village. A stay in the Uckermark summer resort is more than just a vacation—it's a lovingly curated experience.

ArchitectureThe small manor house dates back to the 1910s, the extension to the 1970s, and the conservatory to the 1990s. The challenge was to renovate these buildings so that they no longer appear alien.
Only people from the region work in all areas.
EnvironmentWith green electricity, organic cleaning products, an electric charging station, and a conscious use of resources, the accommodation also sets an example in terms of sustainability. Recycling is a top priority here – for example, old wooden ceilings were transformed into stylish wall paneling for the conservatory. Most of the furniture is vintage, so only the bare essentials are purchased new.
