The private roof terrace offers unique views over Strada Nuova and the Ponte delle Guglie – especially beautiful at sunrise or sunset.

During the renovation, architect Francesco Pugliese exposed the historic elements: exposed wooden beams and restored terrazzo floors speak of Venetian craftsmanship. These are complemented by select Boselli furniture, luxurious Fortuny fabrics, and carefully placed art objects.
