The first thing you see when you look out of the window of the Punta Penna SeaHouse is the blue sea, which blends harmoniously with the green of the land in front of it. If you step out onto the small balcony, you will see a small church just a few meters from the house. Early risers are rewarded with a great lighting atmosphere at dawn.
Punta Penna combines the feel of a hotel suite with the size and amenities of an apartment, so you can live like a local - but with all the amenities. The house was completely redesigned and renovated in 2024. The opening took place on June 1, 2024.
The Punta Penna SeaHouse is located in a simple and authentic fishing village from the 1970s. The hosts have taken care to ensure that the house still fits in with the surroundings even after the renovation. Their aim was to beautify a neglected place - but always in harmony with the people who live in this area.
With modern design and unusual furnishings, the holiday apartment plays with the contrasts between the house and its surroundings. The most beautiful part of the house is the natural light that comes in through eight windows, three of which have a sea view. The hosts want their accommodation to attract curious travelers who will fully immerse themselves in the house's surroundings. Here, the industrial area and the nature reserve coexist in the same space, creating a unique atmosphere.

ArchitectureThe architecture of the house is very simple, as it was built in a social housing area. However, the renovation followed green building guidelines and was painted with water-based paints. Although local materials could not be used, as there are no such raw materials in the region, many things were upcycled, salvaged and refurbished.
FoodThere is a great breakfast, with fresh and local products.
The only employee is a local friend of the family. In the first week of the year, the hosts offer the opportunity to pay for a night not with money, but with a flower. The initiative is called "A flower for a night".
EnvironmentThanks to a reverse osmosis filter system, plastic is not used. There are also sensors in the windows that automatically switch off the air conditioning when they are opened. An hourglass has been installed in the showers that shows the time that has passed and thus the water consumption. All lights have been converted to LED. As part of a comprehensive environmental awareness, the hosts are also actively involved in an environmental league to clean the beach, in addition to the climate management already mentioned. They also attach great importance to limiting the use of towels and only replacing them when necessary.
Well-BeingMassages, nutritional advice or yoga can be organized on request. There are also two bicycles available for guests.
