Pineblue Villas

Usedom, Baltic Sea, Germany

The blue sea, the large park with its old trees, a babbling fountain and in the middle of it all a sparkling white villa. This beautiful holiday home is beautifully located on the beach promenade of the traditional seaside resort of Heringsdorf.

There are seven suites in the villa and the four holiday homes are located in the beautifully landscaped park. There is pleasant privacy here to relax and recharge your batteries. The owner family lovingly runs the business with a small team and offers lots of additional offers such as interesting excursions and culinary tips.

The different living options meet every taste. The former coach house is romantically embedded in the park with its red tiled roof. The large kitchen-living room with a huge dining table is suitable for cooking and celebrating together. Playful wallpaper and clear lines create a homely atmosphere. The suites with their open bathrooms and sophisticated interiors reflect the flair of the old imperial baths. The modern wooden villas are all spacious, flooded with light and decorated with maritime elements. They all also have a fireplace for cozy hours and plenty of outdoor seating.

An elegant spa area with a Finnish sauna, a bio sauna, a drinking fountain, showers and a pretty relaxation room is available to guests in the villa. A short path through the countryside leads directly to the wide beach. The Pineblue Villas are a modern architectural highlight and a relaxed retreat in equal measure. And the seaside resort of Heringsdorf has rightly been one of Germany's most popular holiday destinations for over a hundred years.

Sustainable

ArchitectureDuring the renovation, care was taken to use natural materials as much as possible. The main focus was on preserving the old park. The villas are located on the most beautiful beach and historically unique promenade section of the Imperial Baths. This cultural heritage has been preserved through the careful development of architecture. The modern, sustainable wooden houses were built with a regional timber construction company.

FoodRegional products such as drinks, jams and a few surprises are available to welcome you. A home-baked cake with organic ingredients is available to guests in the salon.

EnvironmentThere is a combined heat and power plant, which is very resource-saving. Electricity is produced and used locally - sometimes even fed into the power grid.
