The Heritage Boutique Apartments make guests feel like they were in the times of the emperor - in an old, splendid city villa, with antique furniture and modern comfort - and offer them a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains and Upper Austria's nature.
The town villa from the turn of the century was completely renovated in 2020 and each of the five holiday apartments was individually furnished with carefully selected antiques. The name of the apartments “Heritage” is also the motto of the hostess Monika, who rents out the apartments with her children, Martha and Kamal. Together they want to protect and preserve the cultural and ecological heritage by combining antiquity with environmental protection and social responsibility, and thus provide an insight into sustainable vacations.
Since the three of them like to travel themselves and feel at home in the world, they want to pass this feeling on to their guests. The communal salon, balcony and garden invite you to linger. There are also lots of games, travel guides and an open bookcase.

ArchitectureThe entire renovation of the city villa offered the opportunity to preserve the old, such as the door frames, high rooms and the compact design. But new things should also be added: the balcony was made in local tradition from regional wood. For installations and furniture, the choice was made deliberately for long-lasting quality products. For example, the chandeliers in the villa are all bought second-hand and have been upgraded. The renovation took place in cooperation with regional companies that specialize in the challenges that can arise in old buildings and, as far as possible, fall back on ecological building materials. All apartments have been furnished with restored antique furniture and are therefore each unique.
The Heritage Boutique Apartments are run as a family business, with Monika being supported by her two children. Together they cooperate with local craft and cleaning companies. In addition, various social NGOs are supported with discounts for employees or in the form of prizes for raffles, as well as Caritas Vienna, asylum coordination and an integration house.
EnvironmentAttempts are made to avoid unnecessary waste (glass containers are used for kitchen scraps, use of organic waste containers and high-quality devices for the benefit of a longer service life), and environmentally friendly cleaning agents are used. The city villa uses green electricity and green gas (green world) and deliberately does not offer a parking space. There is a garage for bicycles and an e-bike charging station is planned. Goodies such as coffee, tea, soap and shower gel are ecological or were produced fairly and come from the surrounding area as far as possible. The relevance of the topic of sustainability is communicated and guests are asked to separate the garbage and, if possible, to travel by train.
