The two owners Julia and Kornelius had been looking for a special house for a long time. They finally found it in winter 2022 and enthusiastically started the project building in and with the existing building. As an architect and civil engineer, it was important to you to preserve the historical substance of the house from 1901, but you also wanted it to be carried over to 2022 with contemporary comfort.
