Raduha accommodation has been open to guests since 1875. Located in the Slovenian village of Luče, the accommodation is now rented out by the fourth generation. Today, the house is owned by the Breznik family, and hostess Martina ensures that traditions of previous generations are preserved, but she gives them a modern charm: from the food to the interior design.
Raduha House is a place where sustainable tourism is practiced in harmony with nature. The accommodation was named after the Raduha peak, which descends over the Breznica ridge to the beginning of the village. Raduha House is completely surrounded by nature, the adjacent forest, its own large garden, the Savinja River and Breznica Mountain. Guests can enjoy the perfect mix of vacation and nature here: from the scent of the wood to the chirping of many species of birds.
In addition, the three types of accommodation ensure a very special stay. Guests will find cozy comfort in the hay barn, a more dreamy experience in the middle of the treetops in the treehouse, and the former stable offers guests a luxurious stay with sauna. All accommodations provide a special atmosphere in their own way, in which guests can feel at home. In addition to the five rooms in the three accommodations, there is also a lounge with a TV, a small library and a restaurant. A spacious garden perfectly rounds off the offer of the Raduha House.

ArchitectureThe accommodation can be described as a successful interplay between various architects, artists and local craftsmen. Particular emphasis was placed on the harmony between old and new and the integration into nature. Natural materials such as wood, stone and felt are paired with individual design ideas. Chestnut wood furniture was often the focus. Guests can live in three different accommodations: the hay barn, a tree house and a former stable.
FoodAt Raduha House, special emphasis is placed on exceptional cuisine, as it was once prepared by mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Numerous recipes from the past are still interpreted in a new way today. The entire culinary offering follows the principles of slow food cuisine, with vegetables coming from the house's own garden or the neighboring forest. In addition, cheese, meat, yogurt, honey, eggs and other foods are sourced from regional suppliers. Guests can choose from various vegetarian dishes. The hosts describe that every dinner is a very special experience thanks to the excellent quality and different flavors.
EnvironmentThe accommodation is powered by solar and geothermal energy. The staff, who come from the same family, are also trained in sustainability.
