Contents: delicious, fresh fruits, yoghurt, Danish pastries, muffins, croissants, with a selection of smoked salmon, cream cheese, ham and cheese, as well as various teas (a purely vegetarian selection is of course also possible). Those who want to be pampered will get their money's worth on “Tagine Tuesday”: a delicious 3-course menu is delivered to the front door for only 25 euros. Simply order by Monday noon and feast on Tuesday.

SocialThe Braddock family has a friendly and long-standing relationship with the islanders and many regional providers. The employees of the Braddock family have free lodgings and go regularly to further training. The Braddocks also support local sports clubs such as the Costa Norte football club, surfing and skating competitions and cycling events on the island.

EnvironmentEnvironmental protection is very important to the Braddocks. The villa was renovated with environmentally friendly materials, the electrical devices are particularly energy-efficient, the lighting consists of energy-saving lamps. The pool is heated with solar energy. A hybrid vehicle is also available to guests of the villa free of charge for excursions on the island. All employees of the plant are trained in environmentally friendly behavior. For example, emphasis is placed on waste separation and only biodegradable cleaning agents are used.
