ArchitectureThe four apartments and the tiny house were built by local craftsmen. During the renovation, care was taken to preserve the original floor and the stairs. Some of the furniture has also been restored or rebuilt to measure. The entire interior comes from the Czech Republic, from the beds to the curtains. The regional artists Silvie Malyszová and Lenky Meszárosová made the decorative elements from linen for the rooms.

FoodThe groceries and bread are procured in the area, avoiding going to the supermarket as far as possible. The vegetables come from your own and from the garden of friends. The breakfast basket is carefully filled by the hosts' grandmother every morning with seasonal products. Guests can also purchase local cheese, beer, wine and sweets in the cottage. You can also book a full board option, which offers a variety of dishes from vegan pasta bolognese to Indian dishes. In addition, there are various delicious cakes to choose from every day.

SocialThe cottage is socially committed by financing the “Agentura Pondeli” organization, which helps people with mental health problems.

EnvironmentSustainability can be described as the lifestyle of the cottage. The entire building has its own deep well and a sewage treatment plant. Only ecological cleaning and cleaning agents are used, the waste is separated, kitchen waste is composted as far as possible, and the rainwater is collected and used for watering the garden.

Well-BeingThere is a small hall where yoga is practiced under the guidance of Irena. The kind of wellbeing is provided by the inspiration that the cottage wants to give, but also by getting to know new people. The wellness area with sauna and jacuzzi is rounded off by the natural bathing lake and massages. Bicycles, e-bikes, snowshoes and skis can also be borrowed. The nearest ski area is only a 10-minute drive from the cottage and is therefore perfect for winter sports lovers. The Bohemian Cottage also offers various guided hiking and cycling tours or Nordic walking lessons.
