The beautiful hotel with the green shutters welcomes all travelers in the middle of the picturesque spa town of Baden, which is known for its numerous thermal springs. Connoisseurs affectionately call the house "the flower". The first recorded mention of the flower dates back to 1421. The brothers Silvio and Patrik Erne grew up in the flower and have been running the hotel for over twenty years. Their parents took over the spa hotel in the 1970s.
The 32 rooms are individually and modernly designed with warm wooden elements or floral patterns. In the center of the building there is a light-flooded atrium that extends over four floors. The atrium is - true to its name - covered with wonderful flowers and plants that give the atrium a Mediterranean flair. The famous afternoon tea is also served here with all kinds of delicacies such as scones with clotted cream, sandwiches or tarts on a lavish tiered stand.
The spa area with the historic Roman bath provides special relaxation. The cosmetic products used were developed by Patrick Erne himself and are considered an absolute insider tip among wellness fans. After a long bath, you can particularly enjoy the local and sustainable dishes in the restaurant. If you want, you can even have a romantic candlelight dinner. A glass of the house's own wine is recommended with your meal. The house's magnificent Belle Epoque hall with its recently restored ceiling painting can also be booked for various events. In "the flower" you can bathe and enjoy the varied surroundings in a particularly stylish and relaxed manner.

ArchitectureThe Blume still displays a piece of pre-industrial spa architecture, which has been elegantly combined with an extraordinary extension by Robert Moser since 1872. In 1967, the Blume was listed as a historical monument. In the decades since, the hotel has been restored in numerous stages. The historic building is continuously maintained with great attention to detail and care.
FoodFresh, healthy and sustainable cuisine with selected wines and drinks in a unique ambience.
EnvironmentThe heating system with heat recovery from the thermal water is particularly environmentally friendly. When shopping, we focus on local products and suppliers. Waste separation and recycling are a matter of course here.
Well-BeingThe hotel still operates a number of nineteenth-century-style baths. There is also a sauna, massage services and its own organic cosmetics line.
