Situated on an impressive 14,000 square meter property, the treehouse apartment offers an incomparable retreat. Only three houses share this special area with an idyllic lake, lovingly landscaped gardens and flowering plants - a place of peace and relaxation.
The treehouse apartment, which opened in June 2023, combines young, creative design with a deep connection to nature. Host Fabian had the idea while he was still studying, and the treehouses were even the subject of his bachelor's thesis. Together with his wife Katarina and their children, they live as hosts in the immediate vicinity on the adjacent horse farm.
Each of the three tree houses impresses with its individual design and its own color scheme. "Castle View" shines in soft green tones, inspired by the surroundings. "Forest View" combines rustic elements with a modern black and white style. "Dream View" stands out with a bold combination of red and gray. Lots of wood and hand-crafted furniture, including an impressive self-designed moss wall, give each house its unique character.
The tree houses are flooded with light, spacious and yet cozy. They invite you to simply arrive and let go of the worries of everyday life. With a view of the impressive nature of the Odenwald and the Breuberg Welsh Stud, each house offers a harmonious combination of exclusivity, comfort and inspiration.

Sustainable
ArchitectureThe family has created a natural pond, surrounded by native plants that transform the area into a green oasis. The pond comes to life especially in spring: frogs come here in large numbers to spawn.
FoodBreakfast in the treehouse apartments is characterized by fresh, homemade specialties. The jams are made in-house, while the honey comes from our own beekeeping. The eggs come directly from free-range chickens, and homemade cheese and hearty snacks complete the offering. For a convivial evening meal, the meat for the BBQ is marinated in-house, and individual wishes are also taken into account. Whether vegan, vegetarian or allergies - the needs of the guests are always taken into account.
EnvironmentOnly ecological cleaning products are used for cleaning. All houses also demonstrate a creative use of resources: many furnishings and materials have been recycled and given a new life. Modern energy management systems also ensure efficient use of electricity and heating.

From Frankfurt it takes about 1 hour to get to the treehouse apartment (60 km). From Mannheim it takes just under 1.5 hours (89 km), from Stuttgart it takes about 2.5 hours (163 km), from Nuremberg it also takes a good 2.5 hours (217 km), from Cologne it takes about 3 hours (242 km) and from Leipzig it takes just under 5 hours (428 km). By public transport
The nearest train station is in Höchst (Odenwald). From there there is a bus connection to Breuberg. The bus stop is about 1.3 km from the treehouse apartment.
