The Private Apartment Suites Ibiza are located in beautiful Benimussa in the southwest of the Balearic island of Ibiza. The picturesque area with old working fincas and farmland where carob, fig, almond and olive trees grow is the perfect place for rest and relaxation.
The hosts Fritz and Birgit were looking for a property for their family with plenty of space and peace and quiet, surrounded by nature, but still central, close to shops and the most beautiful beaches. The incomparable atmosphere on the five-hectare property won them over immediately and has also delighted guests since the suites opened.
A private access path along typical local natural stone walls leads to the two 50 square meter suites with living room and bedroom, integrated pantry kitchen, bright bathroom with large wellness rain shower, private terrace, view of the sea and the picturesque surroundings, with direct access to the large wellness pool and the extensive, green nature. The two suites impress with clear lines, shapes and colors. The rooms themselves are spacious and tastefully furnished. Overall, the ambience is inspiring, harmonious and relaxed.
You can go hiking, jogging or cycling right outside the gates of the accommodation. Quiet paths and narrow, unpaved roads and hills lead through the Mediterranean landscape. In just a few minutes by bike or car you can also reach the most beautiful beaches, bays and places in the southwest of the island.
Sustainable
ArchitectureDesigned with respect for nature and local conditions, the sustainable architecture blends harmoniously into the rural Mediterranean environment. The interior was largely designed by artists and designers in collaboration with host Fritz, who has received international awards for his creative work. All service providers, from the construction company at the time to the gardener, are all "real" Ibizenkos, whom the host couple have known for many years and with whom they maintain friendly relationships based on trust and mutual exchange.
EnvironmentThe house scores points with its double-walled construction with insulating air chambers in the building and the thick window reveals, which have a positive effect on the indoor climate and temperatures, especially in summer. This also reduces the need for air conditioning. Rainwater is also collected and channeled invisibly into large underground cisterns. It is also worth mentioning that it was only with the help of an old, sensitive Ibizan dowser that it was possible to find the right place on the property to drill the house&

Location + Directions
By car
The apartment suites are located in rural nature, far away from traffic, and therefore cannot be reached by public transport. A rental car, scooter or bicycle is also recommended for excursions in the surrounding area. It is only about 20 minutes from Ibiza airport to the accommodation (12 km). It is about 12 minutes from the nearest port (6 km). The exact address is given when booking.
