Zell am See is a dream destination for those looking for nature, relaxation and community. In the midst of the breathtaking landscape with Lake Zell, the surrounding mountains and the dense forests lies the Wanna Rise Studio, run by Alina and Max. Here, guests can enjoy the sunrise over the lake and admire the breathtaking view of Zell am See from above.
The property includes numerous common areas, including a yoga terrace with cold pot, a self-harvesting fruit and vegetable garden, a mini ramp for skateboarding, and a guest room with a DIY shop and work area. Private yoga classes are held at least three times a week and guided hikes are offered. Guests are meant to feel like they are living with the hosts while having enough space for privacy thanks to their private apartment. Every Sunday there is an "open house" with DIY pizza where friends, family, and guests come together.
Alina, who is from Hamburg, and Max, a local from Zell am See, moved their lives here in 2021 after years of traveling. The house, which was built by Max's great-grandfather in the early 19th century, has always been a multi-generational home. Max's family continues to live on the upper floors and is happy to provide guests with tips.
The Wanna Rise Studio reflects the interests of the hosts, including yoga, meditation, hiking, paragliding and various water and action sports. Each room is individually designed, with lots of wood and DIY elements, sustainable beds and pictures by Max and regional artists. Small but beautiful, well thought out, homely and bright, it offers incredible views and the perfect environment for a relaxing and inspiring stay.
