The paradise is in the Chiemgau - to be precise the "Paradise Samerberg". A beautiful and stylish, dark gray wooden holiday home with an unobstructed view of nature and the mountains.
Andi, director from Munich, and Antonello, costume designer from Naples, built two pollution-free passive houses from regional wood in Chiemgau in 2020 after years of looking for the perfect place for their second passion besides film - nature. The two live next door and are happy to let guests share their find. Andi's grandfather came from Chiemgau and loved the Samerberg just like his grandson does today.
Both terraces are aligned in such a way that you have them all to yourself and can enjoy the panorama undisturbed. Inside, beautiful wood dominates and ensures a cozy room climate. Modern bathrooms and furniture, tasteful art and large windows that let in lots of light and nature complement the minimalist style. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to cozy cooking evenings. But if you don't want to be in the kitchen yourself, you can walk to some really good restaurants.
Especially the large number of birds that feed, courtship and sing here every day ensures closeness to nature and has a calming effect on the guests. In addition, the toads sound and lots of other animals explore the property. Sun loungers and garden furniture are available for the perfect day of reading and snoozing in the long grass between countless flowers and fruit trees. It was worth it that the hosts searched for the perfect place for so long, because who can claim to have found paradise?

ArchitectureThe passive house was newly built and has triple glazing. The house was built absolutely free of chemicals and pollutants from regional wood by regional craftsmen. The ventilation is noise-reduced.
FoodIn summer there are fruit and vegetables from the garden. Good regional mineral water, beer and wine are offered as welcome gifts. On the Samerberg there are three very good regional and sustainable restaurants within walking distance, which the hosts warmly recommend (Gasthof zur Post, Entenwirt and Gasthof Alpenrose).
EnvironmentLow-energy house made from local wood and with a photovoltaic system. The rubbish is of course recycled and only alternative cleaning agents are used.
