The conversion and renaturalization of 15,000 square meters of formerly military-used wasteland has resulted in a positive ecological footprint. No car traffic on the site, the cleaning vehicle is an electric vehicle. Use of rainwater and strictly separate waste disposal - no disposable packaging, even the packaging material for breakfast deliveries is completely recyclable. Where there is a lot of nature, there are also a lot of animals. The glass facades of the cabins are covered with a dot grid in accordance with the specifications of the Lower Nature Conservation Authority, so that bird strikes are avoided.
