Costa Rei is located in the southeast of Sardinia and is known for its miles of beaches and crystal clear sea. The village of Muravera is a bit sleepy on a slope. Even before entering the town, if you come from the north, the way to the accommodation leads through a kind of jungle. To the left, meter-high bamboo pushes almost onto the street and to the right, lemon, orange and olive trees line up. The five “Luna & Limoni” holiday apartments are located in the middle of this plantation. The beautiful surroundings are not just a picturesque backdrop - the sustainable farm harvests citrus fruits, typical of this region of Italy.

The cottages are well spaced around the pretty pool. Each house has its own veranda for sufficient privacy. A large covered terrace, the pizza oven and the outdoor barbecue area can be used by everyone. At the pool there are enough loungers and umbrellas for all guests. The interior of the houses is modern and cozy at the same time. A few beautiful antiques, Scandinavian furniture store classics, cool industrial lamps and excellently equipped kitchens.

It's easy to get into conversation with the nice owners and learn a lot about the region, the vegetation and the climatic changes. After a short time you almost feel like part of the family and are having fun with the other guests when the little daughter runs around the site laughing to pet the numerous cats. In the evening you can enjoy the wonderful pasta from the village and toast to “La dolce vita” with lemon liqueur (limoncello) under the full moon (Luna).
