The LLEÓ57 is a proud house that has been completely renovated with great care and dedication, in which the former construction and structure of the manor house have been preserved and all new installations and conversions have been carried out with the highest standards of quality and design: the atmospheric contrast between old and new is in can be experienced in every room. The spacious, bright house is a fully equipped private house that the two owners and designers, Ulrike and Detlef Rahe, use themselves and often. They love architectural projects with a close connection to the region, in which building culture, regional experience in handicrafts and materials are combined with the special features of the place. The equipment is far above the usual standard for pure rental properties and combines the historical with the modern.

Pollença impresses with its excellent location: easy to reach and yet remote, touristy and at the same time quiet; In contrast to the typical holiday resorts on Mallorca, lively and through and through "Mallorquin" all year round. The most beautiful beaches on the island are just as easily accessible as the breathtaking Serra de Tramuntana mountain range. Pollença has a lively center around the Plaça Major with its classic cafes, restaurants, galleries and small shops. The famous Calvary staircase leads in 365 steps to the small chapel at the summit, and the local mountain, the Puig de Maria, is also ideal for an excursion.

ArchitectureDuring the renovation of the house, structural elements worth preserving were preserved and refurbished. This is also the case with the classic basic structure of the house with three floors and six almost rectangular rooms each. All newly purchased building materials are from the region. All the craft businesses involved are based locally or in close proximity. Ulrike and Detlef acquired the building with the associated courtyard in 2012; In 2014 the construction work on the town house was completed.

Small local companies with close ties to the house are active in pool and house technology as well as cleaning and are available to answer questions on site. The hosts are members of the “Club de Pollença”, a local organization promoting culture and social life for all generations.

EnvironmentThe waste separation is a matter of course in the town house. The pool is a salt water pool and is not heated; the water is not chlorinated and therefore also very well tolerated by allergy sufferers. The filtering and the processes for salt treatment make the water crystal clear and consistently hygienic. For the water supply - even in months with little water - the house has a generously dimensioned cistern.

Well-BeingLLEÓ is the ideal basis for a healthy and environmentally friendly active holiday: hiking, swimming (also in the in-house pool with countercurrent system) or cycling. From easy to demanding, there are many routes and paths for all needs. The famous GR221 hiking trail through the Tramuntana Mountains runs right in front of the house and ends in Port de Pollença.
