The Kallithea Villas are located in the picturesque region of Pelion in Greece. Surrounded by green mountain slopes, guests experience traditional village charm and spectacular views of the crystal-clear Aegean Sea, away from mass tourism.
The seven houses of the Kallithea Villas combine high-quality design, regional materials and a timeless modern style. Spacious, light-filled rooms, hand-picked designer furniture and lovingly selected details create a harmonious ambience that is both elegant and cozy. The hillside location of the villas allows for breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding nature and the sea.
Pelion is a delight in every season: in spring and autumn, the mild climate is ideal for hikes and excursions. In summer, the sandy beaches and the resort's pools are a tempting destination, while balmy evenings can be enjoyed on the terraces or in the taverns of the nearby fishing village of Platanias with fresh fish and regional specialties. All year round, the surrounding mountain villages offer cultural discoveries, small weekly markets and authentic restaurants.
The Kallithea Villas are a heartfelt project of the hosts Alexis and Britt Angelis, who were fascinated by the region's originality. The aim was to carefully integrate the complex into nature while meeting the highest standards of design and comfort. Here, tradition meets modernity - a true place of longing that allows you to experience the beauty of Greece in its purest form.

ArchitectureThe villas are built in solid construction with a high insulation standard. Exterior walls almost 60 cm thick ensure that the rooms remain pleasantly cool in summer and comfortably warm in winter. The energy concept combines high comfort with ecological sustainability: underfloor heating ensures comfort in winter, while the bedrooms are air-conditioned in summer. Heat pumps in combination with solar thermal and photovoltaic energy as well as biological sewage treatment plants guarantee economical and environmentally friendly operation. High-quality furniture and high-quality kitchen equipment were also selected and purchased so that little needs to be renewed or purchased again. The careful maintenance of the furniture and materials by local employees ensures the longevity of all areas of the houses. The architecture of the complex is built in the Pelion style in accordance with the strict regional regulations. Local building materials were used in many areas, such as the natural stone walls, roofs and floors.
The manager and local contact, Spiros, comes from the region - more precisely from the neighboring town. He knows the area well and has very good connections. Furthermore, the cleaners, gardeners and craftsmen always come from the region. Most employees are also employed all year round and are offered reliable, long-term employment contracts.
EnvironmentThe swimming pools work with saltwater electrolysis and do not use chlorine, which results in soft, low-salt water. The villas are designed for self-catering, which means that staying here is more resource-efficient than staying in a hotel, where cleaning and laundry are done daily. Towels are cleaned and changed once a week or as needed. Guests are asked to separate their rubbish - in the village, this is collected and disposed of separately. A detailed booklet provides information on the sustainable use of the villas. It contains information on separating rubbish, using air conditioning systems sparingly and using water and energy sparingly.
