ArchitectureCiriga Sicily Glamping consists of four bungalow-like tents and a small apartment. Rather, the tents are reminiscent of small houses, through whose delicate tent walls the sounds and smells of the surrounding nature penetrate into the interior. They offer space for two to five people and the comfort of a holiday home in nature. Numerous furniture and design elements come from regional handicrafts or second-hand and have found a new home in the modern, comfortable tents at Ciriga Sicily.

FoodFrancesca and her family practice organic farming around the property. Upon arrival at the glamping, guests will be greeted with a selection of local ingredients that they can use to prepare an invigorating meal. Fresh organic fruit and vegetables can be ordered from Francesca at any time or – even better – harvested yourself under the expert guidance of farmer Giovanni. In October there is the opportunity to take part in the olive harvest. An aperitif with regional delicacies is offered every evening between 6 p.m. and 10 p.m. on the veranda.

EnvironmentThe tent bungalows come from the company CIPPACONCEPT, which develops durable, high-quality tents and tiny houses using environmentally friendly materials. Waste water is treated biologically, waste is separated and food and garden waste is composted. As a next step, hostess Francesca is planning to install a solar system to provide her glamping retreat with solar energy completely self-sufficiently.

Well-BeingCreativity, exercise and relaxation: on Wednesday evenings you can dance to your heart's content with hostess Francesca, who also teaches Cuban salsa, bachata and merenghe. On Thursday afternoons, creative people can try their hand at old and modern textile art together with artist Santina at Ciriga Glamping. Guests can take a relaxing dip in the whirlpool and then refresh themselves with an aperitif. Yoga courses can also be booked on request.
